The inner core of recycled polyester fibers can absorb just under half of its weight in moisture. It will not feel wet to the touch until the garment is saturated with 60% of its own weight. Since it retains 80% of its insulating value even when saturated, this fabric will keep you warm even when wet.

The re-nylon pads on the forearm make this the perfect fleece for those nasty crack climbing that you much love.
