LENSES
VZUM™ photochromic.
Developed for maximum versatility, these lenses feature a photochromic filter that ranges from Category 1 to Category 3. This choice was intentional: to ensure outstanding performance across different terrains and environments—not only on glaciers, but also on trails, rock walls, and mixed routes. At the same time, it makes the SOLO II fully compliant with international road safety standards, meaning they can also be worn while driving. Durable TR90 Frame — 34 g of performance
Crafted from TR90, a lightweight yet highly resilient polymer, the frame is built to withstand the demands of high-altitude use: sudden temperature shifts, impacts, and long hours under strain. At just 34 grams, it disappears on your face, leaving only the sense of protection and freedom to focus on the ascent. Tough enough for the mountain, light enough to forget you’re wearing it.

- VZUM™ photochromic (Photocromic = light adaptive: the lens automatically changes tint depending on the intensity of UV rays.

FLAPS
Side flaps engineered in reflective Majotech® Italian fabric, borrowing their concept from mountaineering thermal blankets. The silver surface acts as a barrier, deflecting harsh sunlight and shielding peripheral vision when the glare is at its peak.
nose guard
A removable nose guard crafted from reflective Majotech® Italian fabric, directly inspired by the thermal blankets used in high-altitude expeditions. Its silver side works as a shield, bouncing back the sun’s most intense rays, while adding an extra layer of protection where you need it most.
Spare side flaps
Designed as rigid replacement side flaps, they ensure the same level of protection and reliability as the originals. Built for durability, they are easy to attach and remove, allowing you to quickly swap components depending on conditions or after long use in the mountains. Whether you need a backup set for extended expeditions or simply want the reassurance of spare parts always at hand, these flaps keep your SOLO II ready for every ascent.
