Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any customs charges or import duties incurred during return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@alpinestandards.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For partial returns from multi-item orders, the same conditions and policy apply to each individual item being returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, the item must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping cost for sending you the new item. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at returns@alpinestandards.com.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at returns@alpinestandards.com.
