The Solo II x AlpineStandards is a limited-edition collaboration with Alba Optics, built for high-altitude performance. Featuring VZUM™ photochromic lenses (cat. 1–3) and UV-reflective side flaps in Majotech® technical fabric, these sunglasses adapt to shifting light and protect where the sun is harshest.

Lightweight at just 35 g, tested by certified mountain guides in the Aosta Valley, and available in the exclusive “Mont Blanc granite” colorway. Only 45 pairs made.

Born in the Italian Alps, the Solo II x AlpineStandards was field-tested by certified mountain guides from the Aosta Valley, through snow, mixed terrain, and exposed rock — in all four seasons.

From the integral traverse of the Aiguille Noire du Peuterey to high-altitude pushes on the 4,000 m peaks of the Monte Rosa massif, this eyewear has already lived more than most.ù

VZUM™ photochromic.

These sunglasses lenses are designed and tested to meet the needs of mountaineers. They automatically adjust their tint according to light conditions, making them ideal for all terrains and mountain environments.
