The AlpineStandards ProClub offers exclusive membership to qualified professionals. Application for membership is essential, and all members must reapply annually to maintain access. Membership is neither guaranteed nor permanent, subject to revocation in case of non-compliance with program terms and conditions. To apply, complete the form at this link.

Upon approval of your application, you will receive an email confirming your active ProClub account status. Subsequently, you can securely LOG IN to alpinestandards.com using your registered email address and your personalized password to automatically view ProClub pricing.

Your credentials include your email and password. In case you've forgotten your password, please utilize the “Forgot your password?" link. If you're unable to retrieve your details, kindly contact us via email.

To enjoy our preferential prices, ensure you've established a pro account with us. Always log in using the credentials provided during account creation.
Should you update your email after registration, use the most recent email address. Check for extra spaces or copy/paste errors in the email address entry.
If logged in but prices aren't displaying, attempt to log out and log in again, clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, reach out to us at proclub@alpinestandards.com.

RENEWAL: Your pro account requires annual renewal. If it has been a while since your last use, it might have expired. Start the renewal process by submitting a new application with your work email and following the provided instructions.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you add all ALPINESTANDARDS emails to your “safe” list to avoid SPAM filter blocking. Stay informed with account updates, new product details, and ProClub promotions.

Your account is intended for personal use only. Buying gifts will lead to immediate account cancellation. Exceptions may apply during special promotions.

The ProClub is globally accessible, as long as you can demonstrate active mountain professional status. Specific rules may apply to countries outside the European zone; please contact us if you're a non-European pro.

All pro returns must adhere to the ProClub Purchase Program guidelines. Items purchased through this program may not be returned to any ALPINESTANDARDS Dealer.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR PRO RETURNS: Include the invoice found in your package. If lost, visit the Returns page for instructions.

Once again DO NOT return Pro purchases to ALPINESTANDARDS Dealers. Such action constitutes misuse and will lead to termination of your Pro privileges.

We'll notify you via email when it's time to renew. Ensure you provide requested information, as our pro qualifications may change.

9. As an AlpineStandards ProClub member, your gear is subject to tougher conditions, more frequent use, and harsher climates. Wear and tear damage may accelerate. We reserve the right to identify products from previous seasons as damaged due to normal wear and tear, discussing repair options with you.

Please remember that your account may be terminated if any of them are violated:

  • Your pro account is exclusively for your personal use related to your profession. Do not buy gifts or gear for others. Kindly direct admirers of your ALPINESTANDARDS gear to our website or dealers, or write us for an affiliation program.
  • You must initiate all purchases; others cannot place orders on your behalf. Exceptions require pro team approval.
  • Exchanges and returns must follow our structure. Returning products to ALPINESTANDARDS dealers is not allowed.
